Jabbawockeez hits the stage daily at 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
If you love jaw-dropping moves and a story told through music and dance, this show is a must! But 75-90% of the tickets are usually sold, so don’t wait too long to snag yours!
About the show
The Jabbawockeez show is nothing short of mesmerizing. This high-tech spectacle has been celebrated for three years as the ‘Best Family Show’ and ‘Best All-Ages Show,’ and for good reason! The production mixed stunning visual effects with a soundtrack that spanned from hip-hop remixes to classic Frank Sinatra. It really put me on a musical rollercoaster!
Now, I won’t spoil the whole thing for you (because where’s the fun in that?), but seriously, they have it all! The themes of good and evil, individuality and the journey of life were explored through stunning synchronized dancing. And the storytelling involved everything from Ninjas to Mimes to Power Rangers.
The Jabbawockeez themselves? Their mime skills are so good that it felt like I was watching a silent movie but with a killer soundtrack backing them up. Add in some seriously cool special effects from projector screens, and you’ve got yourself an unforgettable ride.
So, trust me when I say you won’t regret checking this one out. Enjoy!

What we like
- Energetic and creative performance: From the moment the crew steps on stage, the energy is contagious. Their choreography is perfectly synchronized, yet each dancer shines in their individuality. They took me on a journey through different genres of music, from classic hits to modern beats, all while showcasing a mix of storytelling, humor, and incredible moves. It felt like watching a live music video, but 10 times better.
- Great visual effects: Let’s talk about the lights and visuals! The creative use of lighting, projections, and stage effects takes the show to another level. There’s one moment where it feels like the dancers are controlling the lights with their hands (seriously, how do they do that!). The seamless blend of visuals and choreography made the whole experience feel futuristic yet somehow nostalgic.
- Audience interaction: Honestly, this is a hit-or-miss. For some, this is part of the fun when hopping on the stage and interacting with the performers. I’ve seen many people laugh, cheer, and dance along at the show, but a few others consider this as a waste of time. They would rather sit at their spots and enjoy the show from beginning to end.
What we don’t like
- Venue limitations: The venue’s cozy, but not in a good way. Some seats are basically bench couches, and sitting on one felt like a slow slide into a workout. I heard many complaints from those who were not in the first few rows or on the elevated back seats that their view of the stage was obstructed by heads and shoulders.
- Repetitive choreography and lots of filler: The Jabbawockeez are talented, no doubt, but after about 45 minutes, it felt like they’d run out of new moves. The same routines kept popping up, and while they were good, it got a bit “seen it, clapped for it, now what?” They made up for that repetition by asking the audience to participate in a karaoke section, but not everyone, including me, was in the mood for that, though.

Is the Jabbawockeez worth watching?
I would give this show a 7 out of 10.
If you’re into high-energy performances with a unique style, it will hit the spot. The Jabbawockeez deliver creative choreography, humor, and a unique masked style that keeps the crowd entertained.
But if you’re expecting a grand, cinematic Vegas-style production or something that keeps you on the edge of your seat for a full 75 minutes, it might fall short for you.
I enjoyed the first half of the show, but for the money, I expect a “longer” performance without filler and less audience participation.
Is the Jabbawockeez for everyone?
When I went to see the show in Las Vegas, I quickly realized it’s perfect for families! It’s fun, humorous, and entertaining for everyone – from the little ones to the grandparents! But there are a few age-related details parents might want to know.
Kids 4 and up will need their own ticket, while those under 3 can sit on your lap for free. But don’t be fooled, even the littlest ones might get a little squirmy with the loud sounds. Speaking of which, the sound system is pretty powerful, so it might be a bit much for sensitive ears.
If you’re bringing a toddler, no worries. They provide booster seats for the little ones! Oh, and if you’re under 18, don’t forget you need to be with an adult.

How long is the show?
The show lasts for 75 minutes with no intermission, so you’ll be fully immersed in the performance from start to finish! Just enough time to enjoy all the fun without any breaks.
Jabbawockeez tips & tricks
Where to see the show
The Jabbawockeez performance takes place at the Jabbawockeez Theater in the MGM Grand. Here’s the full address:
Jabbawockeez Theater
MGM Grand
3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109, USA
Where to sit
When choosing where to sit for Jabbawockeez, you’ve got a few options depending on what you’re looking for. From my experience, center-stage seats are the best if you want a clear and unobstructed view of the action.
Whether you’re up close or farther back, the central seats will give you a great view and cost around $77–$95.
If you want a bit more space and comfort, Row F is the way to go. It has roomy cushioned bench seating, is located on the walkway, and offers a relatively unobstructed view.
You should avoid rows A to E as these rows have smaller, foldable seats and can get a bit uncomfortable. If you like sitting back and relaxing, I’d skip these.
I sat in seat 24, Row F2, and loved it because no one could block my view. And honestly, I think that might be the sweet spot – far enough to get the full picture without feeling like you’re too far back.
How to get there
- Driving: If you’re driving, the MGM Grand has plenty of parking (keep in mind that it’s not free). But with how close you park to the show, it’s totally worth it, and you’ll be right on the Las Vegas Strip!
- Using public transportation: For those who prefer public transport, you’re in luck! The Las Vegas Monorail has a stop nearby, and there are multiple bus routes that pass through the area. It’s a simple and budget-friendly way to get there if you’re not into parking.
- Using Uber and Lyft: For a more relaxed option, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are super convenient. The drop-off and pick-up spots are right at the MGM Grand so that you can skip the hassle of parking altogether.
Once you arrive at the MGM Grand, you’ll find the Jabbawockeez Theater on the casino floor. From the front desk, head into the casino and stay to the left. Walk through the casino towards Avenue Café, turn left, and continue towards the theater. You can pick up your tickets at The Central Ticket Office.

Are there restrooms inside the theatre?
No, the restrooms aren’t inside the theater itself. You’ll find them just outside the venue, to the right of the Wock Shop. It’s a good idea to make a quick stop before the show starts since there’s no intermission!
Is there table service at the theatre?
No, there’s no table service at the theater. However, there’s a bar located at the back of the theater where you can grab your drinks before the show starts. Just keep in mind that service ends once the performance begins, so get your refreshments early!
Important notes you should read before you arrive
Before heading to the Jabbawockeez show, here are a few things you should know:
Large bags and backpacks aren’t allowed – stick to small bags or purses (12” x12” x6” max). Weapons, smoking (including vapes), and outside food are also prohibited.
Got a fancy camera with a detachable lens? Leave it at home. Phones are fine, but no professional gear. I also got a warning when taking a more-than-30s video; only short videos are accepted.
Pets aren’t allowed, except for trained service animals. And, of course, don’t forget to wear shoes and a shirt, as this isn’t a beach day!
